Overwhelmed

Overwhelmed is a small puzzle game about Madrid's public healthcare system. Its funds have been cut down over and over, which has overwhelmed doctors and nurses and led to lots of horror stories.

The game uses simple mechanics and a final twist as an excuse to raise awareness on this issue.
